I'm a webmaster of this site and US master with a FIDE rating averaging at 2200.
In July, 1999 I drew with a strong grandmaster Kudrin at World Open in a slow game, I was black. This was my first draw with a grandmaster in a slow game. Soon I drew with another - Boris Kreiman. I have to say I was lucky, but the endgame I played quite well giving my opponent a lot of problems. Please check it out here.
