How to destroy a young talented US player !

FIDE disqualified me from Internet World Chess Championship (25 min games + 5 sec. increment) after the last 8th round (yes, when the tournament was over and they knew final standings and Bucholtz !). I shared 2nd position position with 6 points.  I qualified and I had the right to participate in World Chess Championship in Moscow 2001. I was the best player from USA in this tournament. FIDE WICC commission lead by Mr. Khalifman accused me of using computer software to play my games. I did not use any computer software to play my games. My games are based on ideas. I'm the only one disqualified person who had the right to play in WCC in  Moscow ! One can ask a question, what is the real base of their decision ? Maybe it was favoritism to some other player - who qualified instead of me ? Why some of their "laws" and "regulations" apply to some of the players, but it does not to the others ? They disqualified two US players and one from Australia, but it is possible I was the main target, since I was the only one who qualified.

After FIDE disqualified me the next player on the 9th position took my spot - Mr. Zeliakov. He does not have even one single game in the ChessBase database, no FIDE rating as well. His name does not return hits when put in the search engines (i.e.. yahoo, altavista etc.). Please try it with my name, you will find some information about the chess tournaments I played years ago. OK, it does not matter he does not have rating, but it is a strange coincidence that after FIDE disqualified me he moved from 9th to 8th (that would give him right to participate in WCCC), after the tournament was over and FIDE knew Bucholtz points and positions of all players and according to the interview on Kasparov's website Mr. Zeliakov is a director of grandmaster chesss school. GM Khalifman (leader of WICC arbiters committee) is a leader of Grandmaster Chess School. This all raises a big concern.

In his Interview on Kasparov's website Mr. Zeliakov says:

"...I’m not sure why my coefficient was higher than the talented Frenchman’s, Lorraine Fressinet (Our Buchgoltz was the same, but my Koya coefficient was higher, although before the final round it was still lower).... "

One of the Forum messages says:

"...Please be aware that 5 players who were disqualified since WICC began and none of the players were Russian! How come ? Have all cheaters escaped to the west?... "

I have many good Rusian friends, but is it possible that the commission had some kind of favoritism whom to disqualify ? Or is it all another coincidence. Too many in one tournament.

What is all this scandal story with Nataf's games before the last round ? Who draw first with Boris Kreiman (game seems clearly draw at the end) and then replayed game.  In the last game draw with Chepukaitis again and game has been replayed again. It is obvious that a draw would not give any of those players chance to qualify. All GM Nataf games for the last two rounds here. Full TWIC story.

This is not the first time I qualified to World Chess Chamionship. In 1989 I  won Polish International Chess Championship in Glogow (2nd position, best from polish players). I supposed to go to junior WCC in Puerto Rico. I was a member of Polish junior national team ("kadra narodowa")  at that time. I live in USA, New York for several years already and I have a tile of US Master. I won many games in the Past with strong grandmasters - please check here. I take chess lessons regularly from strong grandmasters - more. I have no more time to play in top tournaments since I'm working for a prestigious law firm in New York.

FIDE did not provide any proof of their decision at first, but asked me to prove my innocence. They damaged my credentials, good name and reputation without any conclusive evidence ! They did not present any clear criteria by which they select and judged the games. They disqualified me after the tournament was over. I demand public apology from FIDE for their accusations.

Please look at my games from the final and judge by yourself if I was using computer (important , please check both sides) ! Please also look at other player's games in the final and check those games with computer software. Recently, I found some grandmaster games where moves suggested by computer (Fritz 6) and those played were about 90% the same ! Does it prove anything ? No. Human developed computer software and it contains the human-based logic and algorithms (I'm a programmer myself). In conclusion of their report WICC said that 55% of my moves were the same as computer's. I did not confirm if this is correct or not, I will need to test my games with a computer.  I question their methods and their approach. It looks like they made a decision first and then try to justify it. I found out that their "evidence" report lacks credibility and is based on subjective opinions, selectively chosen material and favoritism - more.  One may ask questions:

- Did they used the same program or different one for each move ?
- How many suggested computer lines did they use in their "scientific" analysis (one or maybe ten ?).

Their report can be found here. Reply to my criteria question is here.  Besides why would I want to use computer software ? I understand chess better then those. I can explain all the ideas in my games ! I enjoy playing chess, I'm not a chess professional.

Their  whole bias "evidence" is very inconclusive, selective and subjective. The methods their used are very questionable. I concluded they have no specific regulations addressing this whole situation. Their program (Chess Arbiter) is buggy and does not seem to be working correctly. Everything has been based on subjective opinions of arbiters and subjective analysis. All this can be very easily questioned and defeated. Their first disqualified me, then they looked for "evidence". That is not the right way. Why did they remove my game with Sulypa, first rated as #2 in the best games section ? Why did they change my rating to 1000 ?

They hide their reports, their address, their "evidence", their methods etc.. I have nothing to hide. I will expose the truth as it is. Let everybody see it and judge by himself. Please see my game with Sulypa, very nice game. Important theoretical improvement for white in known theoretical position, white got advantage ! (I studied those positions with GM G. Kacheishvilli).

Please join us to fight this scandal in the name of justice ! We need a help of good lawyers and grandmaster's opinions. I'm looking forward for a lawsuit against FIDE. The charges are but not limited to: defamation, slander, privacy rights. Please help me in this, that could be you in this situation. We are building a coalition here to fight this injustice.

Please send your messages here and I will publish them. I will analyze all my games in detail and I will explain my ideas behind my moves as well. If any chess magaine is interested in publishing those please let me know.
